I found out about them in quite a…normal, for lack of a better word, way (it wasn’t “destiny” or anything, although that would have been quite nice xD). I downloaded it from a blog I visit quite frequently, and I did it while being quite skeptical, as I really didn’t know them at all. Well, all I can say now is: thank goodness I gave them a chance! I have been listening to their debut song over and over again these past two days, and I can’t seem to get enough of it! Now, I keep searching the Internet for videos with them on variety shows, interviews, documentaries and such, and I will soon start browsing for fanfiction. Yay!!

Hey! Long time, no see! I know I’ve haven’t posted in a long time, but…oh well! xD This time, the theme of this post is “favourite anime/manga quotes”, for I love to write the quotes (of any kind) I like. I even have a notebook to write them in! I love the quotes that I find in anime/manga as well, especially those in CLAMP’s manga, as they mention some of the subjects I love in particular. To cut a long story short, these are my all-time favourites!

I have (strangely) been in an Arashi mood lately (which is already a few months old…Raluca, this is only your fault, and you know it! >.< I blame you!), and I actually downloaded a whole album. I would have never thought of doing that a few weeks before (as I never actually liked Arashi), but here I am, listening to an entire playlist filled with Arashi songs day after day. You wuld think I would get tired by now, it seems like it’s not the case…*grin*

This is a meme I took from starsandpumpkin.blogspot.com, and since it had to do with JE bands, to keep up the spirit for a while longer, I decided to post it here, and not on my livejournal account (I need to fill that one with something, too, right?). I had fun while doing this one, so I hope you’ll have fun reading/doing it, as well!

I am a NEWS/Kanjani8 fan, to tell you the truth – which means that I absolutely love Nishikido Ryo, as well. I love this guy’s shy personality, even though he seems like a person full of confidence. He has a pretty nice voice (I’m not very fond of it, though – I like deeper ones, those that make my heart vibrate), has a nice body, and, I have to say this, he is very, VERY sexy (in his own way). Of course, he has plenty of acting ability – and if you watch Ryusei no Kizuna, Orthros no Inu or Last friends, you will surely reach the same conclusion as me. Of course, my opinion is one based on only his acting in Orthros no Inu, because I didn’t dare to watch the other two – I have my own reasons.

I’m not  a person who cries easily (although I’m told I’m a very sensible person), and music videos especially do not have any effect on me (except making me like the song itself more or less). There were, however, 2 music videos (actually, one music video and one mini-drama for a song) which made me cry. I made the mistake of watching one of them with my mom in the room, and she just stared at me as I was sobbing as if I was crazy! They will really warm your hearts, so do watch them!

No, JE is not a band – it comes from Johnny’s Entertainment company. And what I meant with this post was to post a list with the songs I like best from the bands of this company. I did not include singles or such, though: there are mostly solo’s and duets in here (or re-makes of older songs). These are the ones I loved the most during my JE-fangirling-period (or songs I fell in love only recently). Have fun listening to them!

About the last3-4 years (after I discovered Japanese music), I could say it can be split in 3 smaller periods: the “only-anime-music” period, the “Japanese-music-period”, and the “Korean-music period”. The transition from the first to the second period was made, most probably, by my discovering KAT-TUN and Johnny’s Entertainment, while the transition from the second to the third, by my discovering DBSK/TVXQ/Tohoshinki (all three names describing the same band). Lately, as I was “hunting” in my LARGE folder of music videos, I stumbled upon one of their more recent songs, from their third album (this one was a handful, huh…?), “Are you a good girl?”. It’s a very interesting song, and the dance for it is “deadly”…*drools*

Lately, I have strangely been in an “Arashi-video-watching” mood, and I have been watchingmany of the small clips flying around the Internet, and I have to say that I have not stopped laughing since then!

With all sincerity I say it that I was convinced in my heart that  “Truth”, the opening theme of “Maou” (the J-Drama in which Ohno Satoshi stars as the protagonist), would forever be my favourite Arashi song. I never thought I would reach the day when they would release a better song than “Truth”. I have underestimated Arashi and JE. I have been proved wrong: the proof is “Believe”.
